Cancellation and prepayment policy
Reservations
By making a reservation you signify your full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the accommodation, reservation, payment and cancellation policies of Rozalia Studios. The terms and conditions outlined below apply to all reservations made via email and telephone reservations.
All prices quoted are in euros, per room, per night and prices include all statutory taxes, VAT. Prices do not include the new 'Special Accommodation Tax' (Law 4389/2016, Article 53), which came into force on 1 January 2018.
Advance payment and payment
A deposit equal to 50% of the total value of your stay must be paid to confirm
your reservation.
The confirmation of the reservation is considered complete upon receipt of
the legal deposit. The deposit must be paid within a period of three (3)
working days from the notification of the accommodation’s bank account to
the client concerned by means of an e-mail message containing the
necessary bank account details.
If the deposit is not paid within the three (3) working days, the reservation is
considered invalid and the rooms are no longer available for rent. A copy of
the proof of deposit (deposit slip) must be sent to «Rozalia Studios» (via email
)no later than four (4) days from the request of the reservation.
Payments can be made by cash, bank transfers and credit cards such as Visa
and Mastercard.
The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made, i.e. if a
transaction has been made by card, then the refund should be made on the
card and not by transfer to the customer's account.
Upon arrival, identification of details, confirmation of the reservation and full
payment of any outstanding amount for the value of your stay is carried out.In
case you wish to receive an invoice, please inform the reception upon arrival.
Change of length of stay and cancellations. Please inform the reservations department in time by written or telephone contact for any changes or cancellations In case of cancellation the policy of Rozalia Studios is as follows: For cancellation at least 21 days prior to arrival there is no financial charge and the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
In case of cancellation less than 21 days before the scheduled arrival, the guest will be charged 100% of the total stay based on the room type selected. For cancellation on arrival ,or during the stay, or no show the guest is charged 100% of the total stay based on the room type selected. 'Rozalia Studios' reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation in case of no show. For cancellations in the August period deposits are not refundable. The refund should be made in the same way as the payment was made, i.e. if a transaction was made by card, then the refund should be made on the card and not by transfer to the customer's account.
Arrival - Departure and visitor information
We kindly ask guests upon arrival to have their ID or passport.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in from 14:00 to 20:00
Check-out from 08:00 to 11:00
* In case of a stay beyond the above mentioned departure time and until
18:00, upon availability, the guest must pay 50% of the value of the daily stay,
while for stays beyond 18:00 the full value of the stay for that day is required,
according to the current legislation.
Customer's address details
Guests are not required to provide address details when booking.
Customer telephone number
Guests are required to provide a telephone number when booking.

Children and extra beds
There is a possibility for extra beds in the rooms.
Customer behaviour - Guests are kindly requested to respect the quiet hours, to behave in a decent
manner and to respect other guests and staff.
The midday and night-time quiet hours are set in the summer period by:
15.00 to 17.30 (midday) and
23.00 to 07.00 (night time)
In addition, all residents must comply with the regulations of the
accommodation, and 'Rozalia Studios' reserves the right to deny access to or
expel, without prejudice, any person whose behaviour is considered offensive,
abusive or objectionable. In this case 'Rozalia Studios' will not be liable to
pay any compensation.
Visitors / external guests
Only the guest/guests who have been registered as beneficiaries when
booking the room have the right to use the room. If an external guest wishes
to meet a designated guest of 'Rozalia Studios' this meeting must take place
in the common areas.
Damages and damages
In case of damage caused within the room or in the wider area of the room,
due to fraudulent or negligent acts, 'Rozalia Studios' reserves the right to
charge the amount of the damage suffered, including damage due to
interruption of activities, to the credit/debit card of the registered customer.
In case the customer has not paid by credit/debit card but by cash or
otherwise, «Rozalia Studios» will demand immediate payment of the amount
of the damage suffered by the customer, otherwise it reserves all its legal
rights.
Force majeure
The «Rozalia Studios» does not bear any responsibility in the event that it
cannot fulfill its obligations to the guest, in whole or in part, due to cases of
force majeure (indicatively strikes, floods, natural disasters).
